EventInduct may use your company logo for use with in EventInduct website for advertising. No graphic alternations to the original logo will be made. 



EventInduct may use your email address to advertise jobs listed on sitecrew.com.au.  An option to unsubscribe is given to the user at the bottom of the email.

Professional Advice


EventInduct strongly recommends that before you enter any agreement with the jobs this website is providing an induction for that you obtain your own independent legal, work safe insurance, public liability insurance, financial, accounting and taxation advice. EventInduct is not liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in reliance upon any information contained or omitted from the website. 



The employer (not EventInduct) is responsible for payment, superannuation, Occupation Health and Safety in the workplace, work cover and public liability insurance if not supplied by yourself as a contractor. Payment and work terms are to be determined between yourself and the employer.

EventInduct is not responsible for payments, pay rates, hours of work, location of work, travel costs to work, PPE, meals, meal breaks or any expenses, which the Contractor incurs in the course of providing services to the employer. 



The Contractor acknowledges that EventInduct is not liable to it for any claim, action, demand, suit or proceeding for damages, debt, restitution, equitable compensation, account, injunction specific performance or any other remedy, including for the avoidance of doubt in relation to Occupational Health and Safety, in relation to the event.



Your company username


You may post User Content provided that the User Content is not:       
      


(i) Illegal, offensive, racist, obscene, objectionable, threatening, defamatory or invasive of privacy;       


(ii) False and/or misleading or in breach of RCSA’s Code of Practice which is accessible here;       


(iii) Sexually explicit or containing sexual references or innuendo;       


(iv) Infringing any intellectual property rights;       


(v) Composed of a profile or photograph of any third person used without his or her permission or photographs of people under 18 years of age (even if they are your children);       


(vi) Consisting of or containing software viruses;       


(vii) Used for political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of “spam”; or       


(viii) Impersonating any person or otherwise misleading as to the origin of any User Content.

EventInduct in conjunction with its host http://nathanfranklin.com.au have taken all precautions to ensure personal information is being kept secure and private, however as this information is transferred via the Internet the threat of persons unlawfully accessing this information exists. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions EventInduct disclaims all liability to you.

General

If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable. 
Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.


By agreeing to this contract you are agreeing that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions outlined here within and have read and understand the privacy policy. 
EventInduct reserves the right to change the functionality and Content (including limiting access to or ceasing to provide the Content) of the website at any time without prior written notification to you. 


EventInduct has the right but not the obligation to monitor, review and edit, re-classify or remove any User Content. EventInduct takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content posted by you or any third party.


The laws governing this agreement will be the laws in Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its Courts and its Appellate Courts and the jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Australia sitting in Victoria.
